Canada’s Physical Activity Guides help you make wise choices about physical activity. They are produced by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). Launch for new guidelines is January 24th, 2011.
There are four different Physical Activity Guides, as well as a number of support resources that go with each one.
The 2011 Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines will be available for:
Children (5-11 Years)
Youth (12-17 Years)
Adults (18-64 Years)
Older Adults (+ 65 Years)
